eagle rod no oil port?

Just asking this, I'm assembling my engine and my EAGLE rods don't have the oil ports on the rod where the bearing has the port hole. Is this a flaw, is there suppose to be an oil port like the stock big rods? my rod cap are torqued to 47lbs with the lube. is that correct too.

Oil comes from the crank not the rod.
