1g cams What are the specs "A" pulley side "F" CAS side

I have a set of 1g cams they have the markings "A" and "F" they were pulled out of a 1g manual car. what are the specs I want an upgrade from my auto cams. I also have a set of cams from a 2g 96+ awd manual would those be better? opinions and specs would be appreciated thanks guys.

couldn't find info on the "F" marking cams other than the Cam height is 35.20 (1.3858 )
my Auto cams are (B,C) but these cams are "F"s
