Assembling my motor. Some stupid questions

It's been awhile since I took my motor apart. This one is a 6bolt block with 7bolt head

Just leave it open?

The motor mount where it bolts to the block for the driver side mount. Does anyone know the thread/pitch/length of these bolts? I can't find them in the FSM anywhere. I got the proper ones for the case and water pump but I need the info for the motor mount and arm that attaches to it.
Or if anyone has a motor on a stand if they can pull those 2 bolts and nut off and let me know that would be fantastic.

What is this port?

It's not used when you're using a 2g thermostat housing. But if you switch to a 1g thermostat housing, that hole is used to bolt the thermostat housing to the head.

2 bolts - MF241281 - M10x1.25x22 (with lockwasher)
Nut - MF430122 - M10x1.25
Lockwasher for nut - MF450406 - M10

Tensioner arm:
Bolt - MF241251 - M8x1.25x16
Washer - MD129421 - M8 (w/ large OD)

Ah excellent, thank you sooo much. Where did you get that information from?

So are you saying I can use a 1g tstat housing if I wanted to?
 
By tensioner arm what do you mean? I thought you mean auto tensioner but I guess I was wrong. Can you look them up for the auto tensioner and oil filter housing. I can't do it, since I'm at work.
And I put a bolt in my motor mount but the head is 17mm which is too big because the socket won't go down any further FML I can't get it out or in further.

The "tensioner" labeled in that picture is what I called the tensioner arm.


Auto tensioner bolt:
(2) MD129350 - flanged, M8x1.25x51

Are you using a '90 OFH?

Yes 90 housing. I am trying caps but I can't figure out where it gives the thread/pitch/length. And I can't for the life of me find the auto tensioner on caps either.
Your help is much appreciated.
 
'90 OFH bolts:
(2) MF241261 - with lockwasher, M8x1.25x40
MF241268 - with lockwasher, M8x1.25x75
MF241264 - with lockwasher, M8x1.25x55
 
I got all the proper bolts, well at least 99% of them. Now I have to take them out, and red locktight and torque them down. Then get some lifters and put in the rest. Thanks
