I am so angry right now, and can't find any explanation.

I have a 1992 Talon TSI, with a fresh motor, 2800 miles. Weisco Pistons and Eagle Rods, all new ACL Tri-Metal race bearings, and an ACT 2600 or 2900 Clutch (Not sure). I did a timing belt on it yesterday because my friend dropped a bolt down my cover, and just decided to grab ahold of my crank and pull back and forth. There is probably 1/2" in and out, not sure if that is accurate but its definitely not normal. Crankwalk. Now when i put the motor in, it did the whole RPM drop when i pressed the clutch, but why? I'm so confused as to why my car is doing this to me. I'm so heart broken right now, i'm a college student and i put every extra dime i had into my car to get it running. Please help i'm so confused.

Did you build the motor? It could just be the crank-pulley, so don't freak out yet. Although something could have went wrong with the assembly of the bottom-end, so it is possible to be 'walking'. And if the RPMs are dropping when you push the clutch, that's an indication of thrust-bearing failure.

And as far as the highlighted, the more you think all weird like that, the worse everything will be. That's just an odd way of thought, dude. It's a car; made of metal. Not a person who is trying to f you over.

Yeah. It had to be my clutch setup to make it go out. Cause it did that with my clutch not the one that was in it before. I did the belt because from it moving the belt got all ripped up on the edge. I'm going to tear it apart, but I'm going to probly need a clutch kit, and main bearings, rod while I'm at it.

Invest your money a little better. A cheap civic that is reliable and won't cost an arm and a leg is probably the smart thing to do during college.

Just my 2 cents. Good luck and I hope its just the crank pulley.
