i have a 7 bolt eagle rods with 10k on motor i didn't torq them but i think it was done the right way.
now i remove the rods to check the bearings and clean the pistons but im not sure how to re torque them back, i know that the first time u torq them u need to torque them 3 times to stretch the bolts. but since that is already done in the past now what should i do? torq them just once at 37ft/tq? i believe thats the torq spec.

also what is good to use to clean the carbon deposits in the pistons? i tried lots of things but its alot of carbon deposits in the pistons.

yes, no need to cycle the bolts , just torque to proper spec and go.
