6 bolt main cap torque sequence and torque values

can someone tell me the torque sequence of a 6 bolt main caps. I believe i read it was from the center out in a 3 step torque sequence for checking the clearances, and than from the outside in for final installation. ALso i have read so meany different torque values for the main caps, the manual says 14.1 i think...can someone verify this for me...thanks

55 ft/lbs. I always start from the middle out even when I am plastigauging. That is a 7 bolt though.

i need the values for a 6 bolt.....thanks tho...the manual states 14.5 plus 1/4 turn...just want to make sure

Donnie is exactly correct. 49ft-lbs starting from the inside going out.
