are these stock cams?

I picked up these up with some 3g lifters. i was told they where bc 272. i think they are stock cams. they are labels with a A and the intake cam and a H on the exhaust.

It should say bc 272 where the cam gears bolt on. Check that.

no box. i picked them up from a local dsmer. he has tons of parts laying around.

No I mean on the actual cams. I don't remember if bc cams are engraved like this but you can check. Something like this:

no engraving. but there is a 2 stamped into the end of each cam.
