ok i just gor a turbo engine with 113k miles on it, and i was wondering i should rebuild this before it goes in, what should i rebuild with. my goal is 275hp-300hp

I wouldn't bother rebuilding it/messing w/forged internals if its not necessary...

What you can do is either diagnose it yourself, or take it to a machine shop
*Check crank endplay
*Bearing clearances
*Piston ring inspection

Either way before you install the engine, definitely replace ALL Gaskets/Seals

A stock 6 Bolt bottom end can handle up to 450whp safely...

Most timing belts fail around 130K-150K. On the 4g63 interference motor this can trash valves and pistons. Do a compression test and preferably a leak down test. Or check the amount of blowby gases coming out of the valve cover egr. This will tell you how worn the piston rings and/or valves are. If they are good, install a bigger turbo for more power.
They say the stock internals are good to 400 HP. I would definately replace the timing belt though.
Do yourself a favor and only get the Cometic (USA made) MLS head gasket.

Personally, I would do a visual check for leaks and only replace gaskets that need it. Change timing componments, inspect oil filter for any metal debris. The bearings should be fine unless one is spun and I wouldn't worry about checking crank endplay since there isn't much you can do anyways. Do a mitsu mls stock thickness headgasket and some arps and your good to go. Stay away from cometic. I like to use copper spray on headgaskets too. These are very strong engines that can do 500awhp and up easily with proper tuning. No need for forged internals. I never understand why guys build their motors and the only turbo it sees is an average run of the mill 50trim.
