I finished my 6bolt swap a couple of weeks ago and i couldn't be any happier it was a total success whith not one problem at all and compression on all 4cyl is great.
Till i ran into this problem it seems like the timing belt rides in the inside of the cam gears and it's getting wornout everything is brand new on the timing belt side including the tensioner there all brand new oem parts but the only thing that i did not replace was the tensioner arm. i remember that the arm had a bit of slack to it side to side.
I've read on other threads that this could be a problem if the tensioner arm gets wornout but i can't seem to find a solid answer to this problem i've been looking for a new arm online but nobody seems to have them
does anybody know where i can purchase this online? Thanks for any help.
Here are a few pics of the problem.

). My first guess would be that the tensioner was set too tight (did you check the gap?) and it is causing the belt to walk right into the crank angle plate (the circular plate behind the crank sprocket).
