I just got some comp cams 101201 grind and some hks cam gears. Im lookin for a new set of valves, springs retainers. Anyone know who has the best deals on them?

My first question would be, how much are you looking to spend and do you require oem or aftermarket valves?

as for the valve spring kit you can get that for around $210 - $250 (springs/retainers).

Stock sized valves are fine for me. I found a set of stainless valves for 110 shipped. Just not having any luck with the springs/ retainers.
How much boost can stock valves/springs/retainers take?

Stock springs will be fine if they are within spec. Otherwise a set of manley singles are about the same cost as oem springs. And manley single are plenty for more aggresive fp2X cams.

Valves are stuck in the down position?

What do you mean exactly? I would suggest just getting replacement OEM valves and springs, or Manley springs if you can afford it. I have a complete Manley valve train on my head.
