Hey guys need help. Heres the deal, car has no a/c, no compressor no ac radiator. I just finished installing my fresh motor and what appears to be an ac line is left over. It is located coming out of that diamond port in the firewall (2 ports, 2 bolts) and follows along side the back of the block. I would say just F it but what worries me is that the other end of it that is left open has an o-ring and a hole for a bolt to hold it down. I remember removing it when pulling the engine and I just need to know I can pull it from the firewall without finding out im leaving an exposed opening on the engine on the first startup. There is no holes left open in the IM or the Block that I can fing. What do you guys think? thanks in advance. Sorry for the newbie question, its just been driving me nuts.

Yea, that sounds like the lines going to the evaporator. You can remove them.

alright good, Ill do that then and I think im gunna pick up a block off plate from FP thanks alot, cant wait to drive it again its been an 8 month build!
