i have a head with good lifters. I have taken the lifters out of it because i have a stuck lifter in my head that i'm using right now. How do i get the oil out of the spare ones so i can put them in my head without taking the timing belt off?

Using this article, you don't have to remove the timing belt to replace, remove, and drain lifters:
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-engine-fuel/265060-how-replace-lash-adjusters-lifters.html

Use a tool like this if you can/need to to remove and reinstall them:

Here's a video on how to bleed lifters:

i have read that already but that is for revised lifters. I need to know how to get the oil out of the stockers.
