depends who did the head, SBR, Polk, FFWD, DSMparts, etc.. everyone's different

You aren't going to find flow numbers for many heads. Some of the vendors post vague flow numbers but they don't specify which "stage". Are you trying to decide which vendor to buy from, because that's an easy question to answer.

Realistically I am just researching. I am curious what people are getting. If anyone has their personal flow numbers (I know that's not common) I'd love to see or hear about them. I'm just interested. I'm also curious because if I did a mild porting job on my own heads and got them tested, I was wondering how much improvement I could make and how far I'd be from the pros. Polk's posts definately gave a good benchmark.

how much power your trying to make, and what you want your car to do is where you should start before looking into any stage head.. I don't think if your looking to make 300whp a stage 5 head is going to be a worth while investment you know...
