New block. How much oil?

Been looking, but cannot find the answer to what seems like a simple enough question. MY new 6 bolt is installed and ready to go. I have an external oil cooler and an ss oil feed from the filter housing. Block is bone dry. How much oil should I add for the first crank?

add an extra quart for the cooler, thats what I did. That would be 5.5 quarts if you didn't already know.
