if i swop cams out form one head to another shuld i take the cam caps that came with that cam to the other head or shuld i use the caps that are already on the head adn just change the cam, also the torque spec for the caps are about 14ft lbs right?

Don't know what "swopping" is, but use the caps that came with whatever head you're going to use. Make sure you put them in the same place and direction they came from.

I would have to look up the torque specs.

Keep the caps with the same head it came from... the caps do not follow the cams...
The torque spec is 168 in. lbs. in my 2G book, that is what I set my 6 bolt head to. 168/12=14, So yes 14 ft. lbs.
