Your not gonna find anything worth a shit at your regular trans repair place. Send it to shep, tre, jack, dogbox. If you want to fix it yourself, you can get parts at any dealer, or from jacks or tre.

There really is not set rebuild kit, as the internals change so often you never know whats inside one of these trannys. Also being that you have a fwd n/t, upgrades may be a bit harder to comeby.

I suggest you call one of the guys I listed and discuss your issues with them.
