OHIO DSMers meet and new forum

so heres the new local forum for Ohio. Its www.forced4s.com look it up its open to and supercharged or turbocharged 4 cylinder cars. They have weekly meets every thursday at:

QS&L
5935 Canal Rd.
Valley View, OH 44125

Its mostly Scooby members now but it just started about 2 months ago. Join up and come to the meets. They are all very nice and are sponsored by QS&L and Meadengineering right now. They are planning drag days, track days, dyno days, big meets, everything. Theres 30 plus cars during the summer that meet up at QS&L.

Its a blast guys, join up and lets make this forum and all their meets grow

Might still be able to make a big weekend meet or something though sometime. Make sure you post up over here too (and early enough that we can spot it and make plans). I really don't have the time to scan through the eleventy-billion forums out there that are applicable to Ohio events anymore.

agreed. cleveland racing kinda sucks ya get flamed for everything haha. toledo and chardon are both far... but i would go to a track meet at 42 or norwalk

Even so, this sounds good to me. My DSM doesn't move much anymore on its own, but I'm friends with a LOT of local SRT-4 guys, and we love to meet and hang out with fellow 4-banger guys. I'll post a link up in the SRTforums when it's working again.

Well for winter its every thurday at QS&L just to chill. Summer will be huge
Cleveland Racing is very childish I didnt post on that and Im waiting for Columbus Racing to approve me to join which is kinda ridiculous if I must say. Bring any 4 banger you want thats turbo or supercharged. Forced4s is blowing up and we really want to expand its horizons which means less Scoobs and more of everything else

Like others have said, its quite a ways away for me so maybe every now and then I could make a trip up there but not until my car is done and its nicer weather out there.

*7:00PM-Whenever
*EVERY Thursday
*Since it is winter, we usually kick it outside for like 30 minutes and then head inside for food right around 7:30 or so. We then get done and go back outside around 9:00PM and chill for however long people wanna hang out for.
*Just because we are only sanctioned by QS&L in the summer, does not mean meets will only be then. We plan to have meets every thursday at the times above still!

Summer! QS&L PARTNERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!
- The partnership includes some great opportunities for us including radio coverage, flyers, merchandise sales, and some awesome shows!
- The summer meets will probably begin a little earlier at about 6PM and go until an undecided time!
- The official QS&L sanctioned events for Thursdays go from 14 MAY 2009 through 27 AUG 2009
2 BIG SHOWS!!!!!!!!
- Expect DJs/Vendors/Car Show/Trophies/ETC.
- Possible Raffles (Forced4s merchandise, parts, vendor coupons, ETC.)

This sounds awesome. Once I get the old 6bolt out of my dented laser into my new laser shell I might have to cruise it out there. It will be another two or three weeks or so because I only have from 7:30-10 to work on it mon thru thurs at auburn career center in Concord Twp. Maybe I'll bring the two ffr dsmers that are out of commission right now, that being bacon and kermit. And summer is a for sure thing!

Hmm I try to go on that forced4s but everyone acts like dicks on there to me. If I post a reply on a thread 2 weeks old everybody is like "WTF dude this is an old ass thread Mang"
Then My other friend had to cancel her account cause all the tough guys had to pick on the lil girl all the time about her 12 second DSM haha.

I think if you guys are trying to start a NEW forum at least be nice to other members and respect their cars. I hear A LOT of DSM trash talking on that site from the scooby snack fellas.

Which is why I rarely go to QSL now...
they can't handle a 15 year old car thats faster than their subie. But there is DSM people there. Just gotta find them and you end up with some pretty good connections.
