losing boost at higher rpm

at 5500rmp's my boost slowly drops off to about15-16 psi by redline. anyone have any ideas why this is happening? thanks

If you have a T25 -- that's normal

What turbo do you have, what's your setup? anything ported, etc

16g turbo, 2.5in down pipe, 3in cat back, upper i/c pipe, 1st gen bov, greddy fmic, ect....

Hmmmm..... I know my b16g had trouble holding 22psi till redline before I upgraded......


you'll also want to pressure test your system, make sure you don't have any large boost leaks.

yeah i did a leak test. nothing major my bov seems to be leaking a slowly. and i have a leaking noise by my throttle body but i can not find where though. but these don't seem to effect anything cuz i hold 18 from 3500 to 5500 no problem.
