Nova,
well, right now I am working on my 89 mirage turbo. I pulled the 1.6 (4G61t) and got a 4G63 sitting in my driveway. Right now the 4G63 (cyclone) has the 1.6 intake manifold and exhaust manifold on it, which is spinning an 11B. Now, since it was a GVR4 cyclone, it came with yellows (510). All I have right now is the 510s (currently on) and the stockers from the 1.6 (anybody know what these flow? 425 or something?). anyways, so I just baught a 14B, and today I picked up a small 16G. For exhaust manifolds, I have only the 1.6 (horribly small) and a stock 1G.
As the motor is now, it will be way too rich. Is there any possibility that I could put back on the stock 1.6 injectors and not go lean?
I am almost definately going to take back off the intake mani and get a 1G mani before it goes in the car, I realized how dumb it would be to keep that tiny 1.6 mani.
Now, I am thinking about just pulling the 11B back off and putting on the 1G exhaust mani and 14B, and looking for 450s.
If I decide to go with the 16G, I think there may be problems, since I will have a 1G mas and 510s w/o an AFC (not for a long while), there will be issues, right?
all the old timers, what parts should I throw at it?
