Ok hey guys here it is.

Car : 1990 Eclipse GSX

Problem : when i got to start the car it gets so much fuel and wont start (a few times) the other times it will start but i noticed there is smoke coming from where the waste gate goes, I'm talking about the skinny rod end.. that end.. There is smoke coming out of there and it is making the car sound noisey. The turbo was just rebuilt and ported so i dont think thats the problem. Another thing is when its at idle the stock boost gauge is between 0-7 psi?! and when we step on the gas barely it will hesitate and the boost is going between 7-14psi.
I was just wondering if you's had any advice for me, i know it needs a new temp sensor, because that is one reason it is getting to much fuel. but what abou the other reason? Is there a fix or do i hafto buy all different stuff? oh yeah and there is a hair line crack in the top of the exhuast manifold which a little bit of soke comes out of, not as much though.

First of all, which "temp sensor" is broken?

It's really pointless to troubleshoot a problem when you know at least one thing that is wrong.

The cracked manifold sucks, but won't cause a problem.

Get a real boost gauge, the stock one is useless, especially with broken sensors.

To clarify: If it's his air temp sensor that is dead, it could be the air temp resistor on te MAF, but not necessarily the MAF itself.

Sorry guys. Its the temp sensor on the thermostat neck. I just dont know why it is puffing all this smoke out of the circle part where the wastegate is connected to i think its the hottside of the turbo if i'm not mistaken. And that is making the car loud cause while it is puffing out smoke it is making sounds like poofpoofpoof while the smoke is getting pushed out of there. Thanks for the help so far and i'm sorry i didnt clarify everything.

Are you talking about the O2 housing? If so, your O2 sensor could be getting a bad sampling of your air/fuel...... This would be a secondary concern though.
