need sum help--cams and turbo--

i read sumwhere that if you go with a smaller turbo, u can just get bigger cams and that wuld be the same as having a bigger turbo wit smaller cams............so if i stick with the stock 13g on my car...get a 2g exhaust mani-ported-...and got bigger HKS cams....wuld that work?....or should i just get the 14b?.....wat do u guys think?

I would say that you what you read is wrong because a cam has nothing to do with turbo size. So to answer your question no you can't just get "bigger" cams. Cams make power in a totally differnt way then a turbo dose. If I where you I would upgrade to the 14b first and then down the road get the HKS cams.
