Ok guys i have a fast question for you. I have a 1991 Eclipse GSX and my mods are:

3" Turbo Back
550 cc
AFC
255 lph
Evo 16g
Evo Mani
2G mas

Now im selling my Dejon Tool FMIC because i spent wayy to much money and i need to pay for this semester of school. I have a Dejon tool Modded STOCK SMIC that i bought a while ago and never used. My question is, how much boost (daily Driven) can i run on the EVO 16g, and the Modded SMIC without heat soaking it? Has anyone ran Dejon tools Modded SMIC with the Evo III turbo? Any info is helpful, i couldnt find anything in the search!

I'd say on the stock SMIC, you could run 16 - 17 with 93. With the modified IC, I would say add 1 - 2 psi at most...

hey i ordered that same setup .. both evo 16g and evo manny.. just wonderin if ur car is running good thanks

Do you need the evo manifold for the evo16 or can you use a ported 2nd gen manifold?

If its cold out you will be fine.

Especially in the winter... you can run all kinds of boost on it. Those "modded" stockers aren't that good...but 16g's aren't that big either. You can prolly run good boost levels with good gas a smic, but if you want to remain cheap and w/ a smic, then consider gettgin a MK4 supra smic and selling yoru modded smic and fmic for school. You can take full advantage of a 16g with that ic, just dont expect to be doing run after run after run....

Do you need the evo manifold for the evo16

i was gonna post the same question, but in my case, i have an automatic tranny. i'm getting a Race core this tuesday and i hope that won't be to much overkill for my car. i'm here in cali and all we have is 91 octane. :thumbdown but yah i wasn't sure if i should just wait on the install of the race core and evo 16g.
