powerstoke turbo yes/NO?

Ok, my budy owns a diesel shop and has many powerstoke (Ford) and other turbos ,and i was wandering if any of these would work on a DSM.
 
The turbos from a Powerstroke will not work, because the spin counterclockwise. Backwards compared to most other turbos.
