exhaust bolt questions

Question

What size are the nuts or bolts on my 1993 talon TSI AWD that connect the downpipe to the car. Also how pounds of tuerqe do i need to apply?

3/4 in nut , I dont believe you have to torque them just get them snug.

Do not use a 3/4, you could strip it out. Everything on these cars is metric in my findings. More than likely its a 18mm or 19mm. I have 19mm on mine.

I used a 3/4 today to take off my down pipe and it worked fine. I would also suggest alot of liquid wrench.
