My recent purchase of a Profec A was a spur of the moment decision. I currently have the new Electronic MBC that I got from Joe P, and had some problems with it on boost over 15 psi, so I wanted to try something different. I talked to Joe about the Profec A and according to a number of people he's talked to it has some problems with the high boost setting. Can anyone elaborate on this, or point out other common problems with it. According to a Greddy tech, the Profec A is more accurate than the B. The only purpose for developing the B was to sell a more affordable and easier to use version of the A. Any feedback on the Profec A controller is encouraged.

Ive heard nothing but bad shit about Profec A. Its a pain in the ass to tune with it and alot of people hate the fact that its fuzzy logic. Ditch that POS and buy my Profec B for $225. ;)

A piece of shit DSM tranny? Isn't that a bit redundant? OMG Just kidding. I guess the best way to determine if the Profec A will work well is first hand. I'll see what happens. Worse comes to worse and I'll sell it and get a B.
