Just like the title say Will Tubular Exhaust Manifold stop boost creep? I am planning on buy them from DSMparts.com and i want to know if even length manifold reduce/stop boost creep? Also if i get a Turbular header how would i install an EGT gauge:dsm:

Nope. Creep is caused by not enough pressure escaping out the wastegate... and a nice tubular mani might make more/faster air go through the turbo, purhaps making creep slighty worse... or at least, the same. As for the probe, the walls of the tubulars are thinner, so I would say it would be fine to just drill and weld the probe mount right to it.

a tubular exhaust manifold will only help you if it has provisions for an external wastegate. If you're running an internal wastegate, port the wg exit area on your turbine housing. and your o2 housing

I think this is a little misleading. It will only help you IF you decide to run an external wastegate. If you want to stay internally gated, the manifold will most likely hurt you. The more flow you have from the head/exhaust manifold, the more efficiently you have to get rid of it. You can get an external wastegate setup, port the internal wastegate, get a bigger flapper door, or get a better O2 housing. Thats pretty much all you can do to get rid of creep without reducing the overall flow (going backwards as far as modding goes).
