How do I tap a wire for my guages? PLease help!

I know this is a newbie question but I have to install my Af guage and I dont wanna pay a shop to do it. I need to know how to tap the wire I need to. What does this invole? And where is my PCM. My Chilton had a fugged up pic and I cant find it. I had a shop do all my work until now and Im tired of paying people to do it. Im a very able person but I just lazy and hate gettin under the car but this past weekend i helped my friend with his car and i cant wait to start my own work.

the wire that connects to your a/f gauge to read the a/f mixture connects to the purple wire coming outta the o2 sensor. use a wire tapper like this one..

then the other two are for your + and - connections.
