Balancing a Turbo...

Just rebuild my 16G, and I took the shaft and wheels out to be balanced. I got it back, the turbo shop said "Just slide the compressor wheel on, and torque it to spec." According to the vfaq, they should have scribed a line on the nut and the wheel. Does this sound right? I don't want to grenade my turbo. Thanks in advance.

Hm. I don't know if they balance the pieces, or the whole as an assembly. If the _parts_ are balanced, it shouldn't matter how they're assembled, should it?
