In not sure on all the symptoms of crankwalk, so i guess ill tell u my problem and see what u guys say.

I replaced my stock clutch last xmas time with another stock clutch. I didnt have the time or money to get a ACT. but lately when i push the clutch in, i can feel a type of feedback (like there is jelly or dirt on the clutch pedal housing, and feels like im pushing thru something) , and it makes a loud creeking noise. I can still shift perfectly fine. My tranny is hard to put into gear, especially first when its cold outside. i have to be nearly at a stop until it warms up.

Also as of late, my car sometimes doesn't want to go into 1st or 2nd gear at all. Sometimes i cant even push the shift nob to the left to put it into 1st or 2nd. almost like the shift nob was stuck.

Could this be a bad throwout bearing on the clutch? perhaps bad clutch, slave cylinder? or early signs of CW?

tell me what u guys think
Thanks

it could be your master cylinder, my friend is actually finishing up a master cylinder change right now as we speak, i just came home from his house
it was doing almost the same thing before we fixed it, but it was leaking fluid real bad, carpet undet the pedals was soaked with fluid

the reason i think it might be that is they had to use a piece that connected the pedal to the cylinder from the old master cylinder, and its still very hard to get into 1st and 2nd(and those gears are double syncroed thanks to shep racing). they are drilling out the mew piece to make it work with the rod that was missing from the box of the new one

could be something else, but thats probally what it is, lets hope so at least

This might sound a little weird, but it's true. I've had a creaking/squeaking clutch since I bought the car (2 months ago or so) and it didn't feel completely smooth - sort of "dusty" when going in/out. Well, today I was checking the clutch fluid, so I just opened up the cap, let it sit open for a minute or two, my friend stuck his finger in there like a dumbass, and guess what? Clutch feels completely smooth and doesn't make any noises. Big difference, just nothing major.

I don't know what caused it, but give it a try, minus the finger part :)

mines always creeked. its the spring or something.

Mine creeks too. I have the ACT 2600, but it shifts fine even when I give it a spirited workout.

I had an integra that did this same thing. I changed my master and slave cylinders and that still didn't fix it. It never caused any problems so I just put up with it. I've heard that grease or WD-40 on the clutch assembly might fix it but I never tried it. Perhaps you could find some information that, I know how annoying it is. Good luck

john from PSI said my throttle bearing or whatever sounded "pissed" and the creeking feeling would go away after i replaced the clutch, but i hope that it wont cause any problems....

My cars doing the same thing for the past week or so. As soon as I start pushing the pedal in it makes a loud creaking noise. Once in a while it doesnt do it at all. Its really annoying the hell out of me though. I been keeping the stereo turned up real loud.
