Turbo/HP question

Ok this guy I know says that he has an 18g turbo on his 2g with a front mount. He didn't say anything else as he bought the car this way. He was saying that the car dynoed at 400hp...I thought he was full of crap. Is the 18g really good for tht much hp?

ya it could be possible, but very hard to do, since most good 16g are rated up to 375 380 range, 18g at 400, possible

that was what I expected, especially since I don't even think he has an exhaust... also would that be good to the wheels, or just at the crank?

remember this most kids talk out of there @$$. if they say its 8 inches its 4. if they say she was hot she was beat. if they say it has 400hp it dosnt.

also remember guys who brag about hp always brag about "crank HP" not wheel. (but they say it's wheel)
