Having to push clutch all the way down to shift

Hey guys.
I dont know where to post it, so i'm posting it up here.

Anyways, usually, when I drive, I push the clutch halfway down and I can shift pretty easy and smoothly..

But for the past couple days, I would have to push the clutch all the way down, nearly to the floor, to be able to shift smoothly...

Any suggestions??? Is this normal??

I mean, the car drives just fine, but it just doesnt feel like it use to..

You can try to adjust the clutch pedal. I had my friend do this on my GS-T when it had a similar problem, and it worked like a charm. My shifting is very easy now. I was grinding a lot before. Otherwise, you clutch just might be wearing. (I'm not one of the guru's on this board, but this did work for me)

I know this is probably a stupid question, but how do you adjust the clutch pedal???

I'll have to take it to my dad and have him check it out.. I been too busy to do that though. He's a mechanic for over 25 yrs on imports..

I just wanted to check with you guys first on your opinions..
