porting t25 and 02 worth it?

Is porting a t25 and the o2 housing worth it? If I wanna port my 02 housing atleast, is it hard to remove just the 02 housing or do you have to remove the whole turbo then remove the 02 housing?

Also won't there be a lot of knock in 1st gear with a faster spooling t25 because the boost would come on so fast and the car won't be moving fast enough to flow air thru the intercooler...?

the t25 is so small i dont know if you porting it will help. Porting the o2 housing would be a good idea since when you move onto a bigger turbo you would need to port it anyways. If you've never taken the turbo off before I dont think you could get the o2 housing off without taking the turbo off also. If I were you I would wait till I was ready to put on a new turbo and do it all at once.

Doing anything with a T-25 aside from throwing it away isn't worth it.

^^^ or you could make some money and sell it on ebay to some ricer with a honda or acura. just put things like MAD HORSE POWER, VTEC, or B16AQ to the third power.

Throw it on ebay and use that money to buy a 14b and port it. If you are strapped for cash
