I have just gotten the car, and just cannot figure out what the guy did with the lines that come off the throttle body, and other parts on the car where vacuum lines run. He has them all running into an electrical unit thing mounted at the back of the engine bay, on driver-side. He put stoppers on the TB nipples, and other parts on the car have stoppers on the nipples. Is this a good thing, or just another way of running the lines, or what?
