hey guys i'm building my first dsm. i had a head ported and it has 1mm over valves. weisco 9.-1 and eagle rods on a 6 bolt motor. i can remember if the head was resurfaced or shaved. whats the best way to figure it out. i check with the guy who did it and he can;t remember so now i'm woried my compression might be to high or i might bend some valve. any info will help thanx steve

Have it checked at a machine shop. They should be able to compare to stock measurements.
