new motor....need to tune

I have a brand new motor for my talon. Im gonna be runnin about 400whp, and i have a SAFC and a data logger. My question is, when tuning the SAFC and the data logger, i am going to need to make some high RPM runs. But wiht a new motor its not good to do, cuz the motor has to be broken in. Is it safe to drive the car untuned until the motor is broken in, or should i jsut tune it anyway? Because i know that an untuned motor will run porley and may have knock, just not sure if it will damage anything.

Personaly I would runt he stock intake and boost.

Do some research on breakeing an engine in. It might end up being the differnt of what you think. (babieing it)
