My goal is a 350hp daily driven of what i know the big16g can support that this is what i got plan as supporting mods:

550cc injectors
190lp Walbro fuel pump
Perfomance FPR (AEM)
NGK 7mm
7ES Spark plugs ngk
upgraded SMIC - not sure
stage 2 clutch 2100 LBS

also do i need a new intake pipe or the one from my t25 by dejoon toll will work

Stock intake pipe will work fine.

Make sure you have the supporting mods on before you start cranking the boost.

350hp on a big16G in daily driving trim? I don't think so. You might do it on C16 fuel but unless you plan on running $6.95/galon fuel all the time I wouldn't exactly call it daily driving trim. A 20G is more likely.

i will set it like 13psi for street driving and like 20 for racing. why it will suck that much gas

a boost controller plus boost gauge might be nice.... maybe a kit from RRE...

It wont suck gas...what batman is trying to say is that the 16g will likely only be able to make 350whp on c16 race fuel ( 6.95 per gallon ). If your talking crank power, than 350 can be had on a 16g w/ pump. If you expect that whp on the street, than batman is right...you might want to consider a 20g

550cc injectors =good
190lp Walbro fuel pump =id go supra pump or 255 so you can upgrade later if you want
Perfomance FPR=i have an sx (but the mounting piece is a lot of $)
NGK 7mm =good
7ES Spark plugs=good...gap at .028
upgraded SMIC - not sure
stage 2 clutch 2100 LBS=just go with 2600. pressure really isnt bad

if you want to get anywhere near that hp, ditch the sidemount and get a front mount. like batman said, 350 is not going to happen on a daily 16g. you may know this but to mention them...other things you will need to come anywhere near that horse power number are an afc or e-manage, EGT gauge, real boost gauge, and something to tune with (pocketlogger, dsmlinks are nice too, but you will need an eprom ecu). rewire the fuel pump too. also a tubular o2 dumped would be a good idea.

and what is the difference between WHP and Crank HP. which one is the 210hp from the factory rated?

what about the SMIC from dejoon tool? will hold a 16g

how much cfm need for a big16g?

If you are content on running a side mount than an upgraded intercooler with all piping should be the leist you do. Im not sure how much for a 16g, but I would guess at leist what the turbo is rated at (500-550 cfm @15psi). I think my IRC street core flows like 780 or so, which is more than adequate for 20g+...

Crank horsepower is measured from the factory before the motor is in the car, directly from the car...which is what you 210hp is. Wheel hosre power is measured from a dynomometer directly from the wheels. The difference is the percentage of loss through the drivetrain/wheels...etc Therefor the crank horsepower will always be more. If your goal is 350crank horse power that can be obtained on pump with a big16g, as thats roughly 300-315whp from an awd.;)

so that means that our 210hp from factoy are really like 189 whp which is what really counts. Anybody know something about the fmic from darksideracing.com
