Intermediate Bearings?

They have them on that page, I am ordering a water pump, oil pump, and freeze plugs from them. Now I see these intermediate bearings, what are they and do I need them for my engine rebuid?

This is just a wild guess, but they might be balance shaft bearings. I didn't see balance shaft bearings listed anywhere else on that page.

I like the price of their balance shaft eliminator kit.
