http://www.dsmtuners.com/tuning-guide/1gturbo/ check out this link. It should help. But your going to need to the basic tuning instruments like an AFC or GM MAFT to tune. Also you will want at least 650cc injectors and a 255HP walboro fuel pump or something of that sort. Also a FMIC and full exhaust and gauges to keep everything in check and then if you go with an external wastegate you will need a new exhaust manifold like a ported 2g exhaust manifold with a mount for the wastegate. You could also mount the wastegate on the O2 housing if youd like. Also a boost controller. Also cams would be nice to have for the turbo But check out the tuning guide and follow that to lead up to the upgrade. Hope this helps.
