Dodge Daytona Turbo

I have a 92 Laser rs and the turbo is out on it. I have a friend with a turbo off a 89 Dodge Daytona Shelby and it looks like it will bolt up but I can't tell for sure. Does anyone know if it will work?

Check www.allpar.com and look around to see if you can find somewhere that tells you the stock turbo that came on daytona.

The Daytonas used a garrett turbo. The turbo off the DSMs is a mitsu unit. They will not boltup without major change. You would not want that turbo any ways it is too small. They are about the size of a t-25 (just a little bigger).

IPT is correct, it will not bolt-up.
But the turbo is bigger than a T25, especially the compressor housing.
I have the old turbo from my previous car(1989 Daytona Shelby) in the garage and it is quite a bit bigger than a T25.

I pulled it apart last night and you're both right it won't work. I also found the exhaust manifold was cracked in 4 places. Any ideas where to get a replacement and the cost?
