hey fellow dsm tuners! i just installed my new walbro 190 fuel pump and i need some advise.im a boost junkie so with my new fuel pump i know i can raise my boost.but i dont know how much boost i can raise it up to.i have all the basic bolt-ons that are on stage one.the only thing i need is a downpipe so yea my question is how much boost i can raise it safely without damaging anything.i currently have a t-25 on 11psi yes a t-25 dont ask why but thats what i purchased the car with.so im planning to squeeze all the juice i can out of the t-25 until i upgrade to the big 50trim.i remember that a friend of mine said that he boosted 16-17psi on his but i want to make sure before i turn up the boost.i still have the stock downpipe but will upgrade to a 3'' soon.can i safely raise the boost or wait till i get the 3'' downpipe? all the info will be greatly appriciated.thanks.later!

Did you by any chance have a problem with your walbro install? When I got mine the filter pointed in the opposite direction, and when you turn the fuel pump around the offset from the mounting bracket is to far.

Umm before you go to far with boost make sure that you change out your injectors, and just for my two cents the Apexi N1 GT downpipe is awsome, I have one, with the cat eliminator. It was a breeze to install, I installed my entire exhaust in my garage. It bolts right up to the factor mounting brackets.

If you start turning up the T25 to much you are going to find it isn't going to last long at all. I turned mine up to 20psi and it didn't last but a couple days. When I pulled the turbo off there was so much shaft play it scared me. It also didn't sound very healthy. So just know when you start to boost that little thing more than it was ment to be it will choke quick.

16 psi is the limit on that turbo man, otherwise you will kill it quick as was stated above.
