What to Expect....

My buddy has this in his 97-98 GSX:

Hahn S20G
720cc's
S-AFC
APEX-I FMIC
All IC piping
HKS Super Megaflow air filter
Greddy Type-S BOV
EGT, Boost etc etc gauges
Apex-i N1 3" Cat-back
3" Test pipe
3" DP
O2 eliminator
1G TB
Port matched Intake manny, Exhaust to O2, Head etc etc...
Full suspension mods.
Custom turbo to air filter piping
and some more I can't think of....

My question is now, How much HP would you assume he could have. He boosts 20PSI on pump with little to no knock. EGT's are 1530 and less, and A/F is 11.8 at WOT. Also what kinda HP and ET's could he expect or hope for cuz he just sent his S20g in for the Hahn S25G! What would you think his HP is at now and with the super 25G? Any ideas?

One can always guess, but that may or may not be accurate. There are alot of things to consider besides that. How hot is the temperature outside, are there any boost leaks etc, and some setup's work better than others. Also, how well is the car tuned. I think 720's is abit much for a 20G turbo myself in order to tune it properly.

This question is called bench racing, a big no-no. For one, 720's is WAYYY too much injector for an S20G (a crappy turbo, but I digress). Tell him to quit wasting money on Hahn equipment, or if he's happy with it, get it to a dyno. Only way to know.

I thought the 720's were a bit much also, but thats why he just got the Super 25G... and that turbo looks pretty big. What do you think?
