hey people i have a dilemna..i hope you guys can give me some wisdom towards this. a few days ago leaving for work im drivin on the blvd . this 90 gst pulls beside me..totally stock outside like me..the dude has babyseats in the back..we go at it and blows me away. next light he says man with that front mount you shoulda smoked me.im like WTF what happened..we pull over together and talk about it..this dude has a 2.5 catback...yes i checked also..stock downpipe bolted beneath a 16g(small 16g) no boost controller and just a k&n..he said he just bought it and got a motor put in by a local shop..this guy was a family man and everything. ive got mods that pushed me in the 12;s but he knocked me silly. i did notice that in the past months ive lost alot of power slowly..ALOT. i didnt believe him and he told me to go ahead and test drive his car..man he was not lying ..his speedo was going up just alittle faster that it was stock..we got back to the parking lot ..he said he didnt know much about these cars but he was no liar..no gauges..same stock wastegate solenoid..where did my power go guys? i heard of skipping teeth..can that really do that? ive gone through problems over problems on my dsm but the only thing left isthe teeth on the cam sprockets..by the way i was runnin 17 pounds..my car just decided to be slow and lately its been like this...im not burning anything..?????im clueless...ok then id reaaaaaaaaaaaaally appreciate some advice..cause i know you guys wouldnt let me down like a damn mechanic. take care
