I have driven my 2g AWD Tsi talon around stock long enough. It was fun breaking off my fair share of hondas and 5.0's. As of now i have a Super AFC II, 1G BOV, and MBC. I now own a simple and cheap 14B. I want to get full Turbo-Back Exhaust and I wanna get a fuel pump for safety purposes. My questions are as followed:

Internal or External dump on downpipe?
What type of fuel pump?
Any mods to turbo?
Do i need a Front mount?
How much boost should i be running?
High Flow Cat, or Testpipe? (this is my daily driver)

Any help is greatly appriciated.

-port your O2 housing, if not the manifold too... turbo if you get really ambitious!
-internal dump just because it's alot quieter, less annoying, yada yada yada
-no need for a front mount yet, although in the future you may want one.
-either a 190lph or 255lph fuel pump, doesnt really matter unless you plan on making over 400 hp
-deffinately get a test pipe, unless you have emissions.
-with the fuel pump and everything else you could run probably 17-18 psi, all you need though is some bigger injectors to run 20

ive heard that the stock side mount can only support 250 hp? and i dont know at what point id get there. and does it just not adequatly cool the turbo? also i live in california, Horray for Smog, and the fine for not running a cat is 2500$ so how about that test pipe vs high flow cat?

1. Internal-less noise to deal with
2. 255-just incase your goals become larger(Like most of us)
3. Any changes to the turbo pends on your goals(LOL, refer to #2
4. Whether you go with a larger sidemount, or a front, It will increase the potential of your car more than your current sidemount will. If you plan on boosting more than 18PSI, I personally would get a FMIC so heatsoak isn't much of an issue.
5. I think as it stands 16-17 PSI should be sufficient(as long as you have I/C pipes
6. How does the emissions work there? If you are that concerened with it, get a high flow cat.

yeah thanks for the help guys, a few more things, what is heat soak? and ic pipes, i need full new ones all the way around, or only upper? thanks again. I also want to buy the Dark Side FMIC, but iot comes with no piping, how would i go about getting piping? have it custom made? Buy it?
