Actually the dipstick blowing out is quite common.
It could be a few things.

The dipstick seal might have gone bad, replace the dipstick or bend the dipstick tube to hold it a bit better.

Your rings could be shot causing massive blowby, rering your pistons.
It could be a combination of the two. No real way to diagnose it over the internet. Do a compression test, all the cylinders should be close, if not there's your answer. In the mean time secure your dipstick with some zip ties so it doesn't blow out anymore.

thanks Inwo
I made compession test. All was ok.

Agree with Inwo. I know several people with turbo dsm's that have had this problem. For some it was massive blowby, causing excessive crankcase pressure, which in turn pops the dipstick out. Turbos are so hard on engine oil sometimes it cakes up and can cause the rings to stick to the pistons, and they dont seal against the cylinder wall right. Possible solution is to run engine detergent through at each oil change, and then a mild detergent nonstop to free rings. If this doesnt work and blowby persists, rering it.

I replaced, do not know it help cause still use zip ties
