I recently installed my new AGP 50 trim with internal wastegate. When I tried to set the boost I couldn't get anything under 24 Psi at redline. I was hoping the internal gate would work but I guess not. Someone help please.

In your mod list, it says exhaust, what does that mean exactly, if its not full and your o2 housing isnt ported, that would be a good reason why u have creep.

Contact AGP; those guys are geniuses and really nice folks. They will help you.

My exhaust is 2.5 tubular 02 Hausing with dumptube and the rest is 2.5 in. with race pipe. I will e-mail them, I thought maybe someone has had this problem and It was something I was doing.

Yes,the rod is threaded. I've got adjusted as far out as possable with out the wastegate being open at idle. I think the bracket that holds the acuator is too long and the actuator is not opening the wastegate fully.

GSX4life said he had the same problem. Do you have to stretch the spring to connect the rod to the flapper?

I had to streach it a little tohold the flapper shut or it leaks out the dump tube at idle.

That's your problem, if you stretch the spring to much. It will raise your minimum boost level.

The rod is streatched barely a mm. If I lossen it will be open all the time and the car will sound like shit.

JDM is correct. I have been dealing with internal gates for a long time. it seems some cars are just creep prone, no matter what you do. Whan I had the L2R on, it held good at first. Then I removed the cat. It still was not all that bad. I was able to hold 22psi. But after awhile, it was fluctuating pretty badly. The RS65 went on with the high pressure actuator. Didnt work. I was getting creep as bad as 28psi at times. Thats a little scary on pump(even though my spark plugs never reflected it) This past week, I installed a tial 35mm off the O2 housing. I should have done this awhile ago. Not only can I hold 21-22psi, it also spools quicker, and even feels like it has a bit more torque at lower rpms, go figure. If you dont have a cat on the car, and your exhaust is pretty much free flowing, you might have to switch to an external. On the good side, creep means your engine is running strong.;)
