Nova,
well, I was thinking about how horrible the exhaust manifold looks, and how they rust up in about 2 seconds. So I was wondering if I could use a high temp coating/paint to make it look not-so-horrible (I think the spray paint I saw was good to 1500 F). I was also wondering if I could powdercoat it, but have no idea if it would stand up to the heat. The same question goes for the DP &ehaust system, could I buy an aluminized DP (to save money over stainless), then spray it to prevent rust (or at least ward it off for a little longer).

I have my exhaust manni, turbine housing, and O2 housing coated with silverHTC. Get the silicone type though, not the spray paint. Its still in a can but is much more durable, and lays like powdercoat. You can buy that from SummitRacing.
