Alright before you guys try to say do a ####ing search I did with several different ways of wording what I was searching for and found no good info that answers my question. Alright on dsmtalk they are having a group buy for the adfx fmic kit. Its 725$ shipped. My question is does anyone have any experience with the adfx kit? If so what are you opinions on it? how hard was it to install? I looked at the directions to install it on a 1g(the one's adfx has on their site) and it said I would need a 95 style tb. Did they for some reason mean tb elbow? I thought the 1g tb's were better than the 2g's? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.- I don't care about any other intercooler kit, just the adfx. If I wanted to know about other ones I would have asked, so please keep this on the adfx kit. thanks.

I have it and I really like it. I bought it last november during their other group buy. It is big and you need to really hack up your bumper. I just removed mine cause it was a lot easier. You can use a/c and the power steering cooler but believe me it is so much easier to just remove them.
Anyways, performance wise it is great. The intake side gets warm the outlet always stays icy. Even at the track it stays pretty cool. It is not a direct bolt on and does require a fair amount of trimming to get everything on. But it is definately worth it especially for only $725. I have pics of it in my gallery. Email me for better pics.

thanks bro, that's the type of answer I was hoping I would get from someone on here. Ya i saw the pic where you trimmed your front bumper cover and the core is pretty big...oh well better cooling. Do you have any overheating problems with it? Also did you a 2g tb elbow or is that adfxs' tb elbow.

The 2Gs endtanks are a good design IMO but they took like a month to ship mine.. but the credit card is charged right away.

Expect long wait, they work slow and do not return your calls or e-mail whatsoever.

The welding is pretty nicely done though.

I am not in the groupbuy. I just ordered core only back in september.

ya your not the only one ot say that the wait is long on these things. But i guess the guy putting on the group buy garuntees'(how much you can count on that I don'tknow) that they will be there 10 days after the gb ends.
