best parts from 2g engine to go on 6 bolt?

the week after next my car is going to undergo the 6-bolt in a 2G swap...

what i need to know before then is what parts from the 2G engine are better then the corresponding 6 bolt parts?

i had heard something about the head being better from the 2g but i dont remember all the details..... and i also remember that there are some other parts that are better from the 2G but i dont remember the specifics.....

TB elbow and the exhaust maifold.

how about the pistons. higher compression than a 1g. rods have to be worked on to do that. Not sure what kind of gains it is worth.

Yeah. i forgot about those. Don't get rid of the head. If you deside to have one ported use the 2G one. They can be made to flow better than a 1G.
