Hi i pplan on droping a new motor in my 90 tsi i found a site which sell cyclone motors for a good price it comes with a tranny with it as welll....since my car is fwd will i beable to take off the awd tranny ...bolt the fwd and motor together and have my mechanic install it into my car?...also will i need to buy a j spec ecu or anything like that ?

The flywheel, like any other engine. Ayuk-ayuk-ayuk.

They're very close to our engine power-wise, but have a bit more torque at lower speeds (because of the smaller, faster intake tract when the butterflies on half the manifold are closed). Nothing special, maybe a gain of ten or so.
