wastegate + exhaust manifold question

I have already ported my stock exhaust manifold and don't want to drop the cash for one that comes flanged . . . so my questions are what all do I need to have my stock 2g mani flanged for 38mm tial external wastegate? Where can I get the parts? Where on the mani is it recommended to place the WG? thanks for any help.

Usually the flange is placed on the #1 cylinder runner (which sounds alot louder). Id recommend having the WG mounted on the O2 so it dumps all 4 cylinders instead of just one.
